Just wanted to thank you for the recent upgrade work on my home desktop computer. Chris works on our machines /IT network at the office. So I figured, why not give them a try for my home machine. Basically, things had started to run slow and a need to upgrade my operating system to keep up with some new software requirements. I dropped my machine off at about 8:15 AM and by 4:00 PM it was ready to roll again. By suggestion, I even upgraded the hard drive to help make it last well into the future as it was about 4 years old now. One of the most important things to mention: When I got home and hooked things up it all ran absolutely perfect. In the past when I've taken my machine to other places, there always seems to be a so-called glitch that requires additional calls and time spent getting it ''right''. Not here folks - it's simply right the first time and for a very fair price to boot. Everyone is very friendly. In my book, that's always a huge plus in today's business market.
